We stand behind the quality of eMoxi. We offer a transparent, no-questions-asked refund policy for all our customers in accordance with Paddle's consumer terms.

If you purchase our Monthly Subscription ($12) or our Lifetime License ($99), you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to contact@myexthub.com.
  • Use the same email address you used to purchase the subscription.
  • Include your Paddle receipt or order number.

Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, it will be processed through our payment provider, Paddle. Funds will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
