Welcome to eMoxi. By accessing or using our Chrome extension and website (the "Service"), operated by Marek Szczepankiewicz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. License and Access

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, eMoxi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal, business use of the eMoxi extension. This license does not include any resale or commercial distribution of our Service or its contents.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use our tool to automatically scrape data in a manner that disrupts the Etsy.com website or violates Etsy's own Terms of Service. Our extension acts as a local browser helper and is not a distributed scraping bot network.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer premium features through a Monthly Subscription ($12/month) or a Lifetime License ($99 one-time payment). All payments are securely handled by Paddle. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's checkout terms. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via the billing portal.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

eMoxi is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. Because Etsy frequently updates its website structure, there may be temporary periods where certain extraction features require an update to function properly.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall eMoxi, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
